About

TINA COATTA, MSW, LICSW

I BELIEVE TWEENS, TEENS, YOUNG ADULTS, AND PARENTS CAN GAIN CONFIDENCE, LEARN ABOUT THEMSELVES AND IMPROVE RELATIONSHIPS.

I know its possible for kids and teens to build relationships, heal from trauma, and feel better. I’ve worked in children mental health in schools, day treatment, and crisis settings and seen the power of making connections and learning new skills.

I’ve witnessed transformation of kids and families through play, sand tray, experiential and expressive arts therapy, and EMDR. I walk along side families toward transformation and healing.

When I’m not seeing clients you can find me hanging out at a coffee shop, reading, or spending time with my family. I really value nature so I spend a lot of time hiking, gardening, walking my dog, and reading on my porch. One day I want to visit all the National Parks in the US.
