Hello! I’m Tina. I’m here to help you feel seen and understood, build connections, and finally heal from past trauma. I'm passionate about helping people transform and live more fulfilling lives. I’ve seen healing and growth happen during my extensive experience as a therapist working in schools, day treatment programs, crisis settings, and community mental health. I’ve seen the power of building connections and relationships to promote healing and growth.

Individual Therapy

Weekly therapy can help you feel less stressed out, learn skills to manage problems, feel less isolated and alone, become more self confident, and develop a better understanding of self.

EMDR

EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing) is an evidence-based psychotherapy approach to help you heal and experience freedom from past trauma, engage in healthy relationships, and manage stress. EMDR can help you heal from traumatic events like abuse, bullying, grief/loss, or attachment issues. EMDR can be useful in an integrated treatment of issues like anxiety and depression.

Parenting Support

I help parents who are dealing with challenging family relationships, conflict at home, and stress. I can help you feel supported through family struggles and life transitions. My approach is collaborative to support you in building stronger connections and identifying ways to take care of yourself and become a better parent.
